Buying a used motorhome at Camper UK
How thoroughly are used motorhomes inspected?
Every used motorhome passes a multi-point inspection at our 27-bay NCC-approved service centre — full mechanical service, independent damp test, habitation service (gas, electrics, plumbing), service-history check, tyre and battery condition. The inspection is documented and shared with you on handover.
Do used motorhomes come with a warranty?
Yes — every used motorhome at Camper UK ships with a comprehensive warranty as standard, not as a paid add-on. Extended warranty cover is available if you want longer protection. See warranty options.
What's the typical age and mileage of your used stock?
Most of our used stock is 1–6 years old with 5,000–30,000 miles — typical UK motorhome usage. We also carry occasional older premium European motorhomes (Carthago, Frankia) where build quality justifies the longer life. Each listing shows year, mileage and previous owner count clearly.
Can I get finance on a used motorhome?
Yes — finance is available on every used motorhome we sell, via the same panel of FCA-regulated lenders we use for new stock. HP, PCP and personal-loan-style options are all available. Get a quote.
Can I part-exchange my current motorhome or caravan?
Yes — we part-exchange motorhomes, campervans and caravans of any age and make against your used purchase. Get an online valuation in 30 seconds.
What should I look for when buying a used motorhome?
The big four: damp (especially around windows, roof seams and the rear panel), service history (regular habitation service every year, mechanical service to manufacturer schedule), tyre age (motorhome tyres should be replaced at 6 years regardless of tread depth), and the condition of the seals and seams externally. Do you sell used motorhomes that haven't been inspected?
No. Every used motorhome on our forecourt has passed our inspection. We don't sell trade-in stock as-seen.
