Not only do we provide excellent aftersales support, but we also make sure your motorhome is covered for all warranty and annual servicing within the first year of purchase. This includes a year’s free servicing as a standard part of our Phoenix club offer as well as a free one year Engineer Aftercare warranty. Warranty Repairs
All of our new motorhome brands and ranges come with their own warranty cover as standard. This includes repair work when its needed, which is carried out in our large state-of-the-art 27-bay service centre. We are official Premium Partners for Burstner as well as Fiat Professionals when it comes to work on Fiat Ducato chassis. What this means for you as our customers, is that you are in safe hands when you need any servicing or maintenance work during your warranty period. We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services.
