There is a minimum hire term of 3 nights. Shorter hires are possible, but will incur the fees of 3 nights.
The minimum hire age is 25 years old.
We do allow well-behaved dogs/pets, however, there is an additional fee of £50. Pets are under no circumstance allowed on any of the furniture in the motorhome. Any evidence of not complying with this rule will subject the hirer to cleaning and repair costs to the motorhome.
No, there are absolutely no hidden charges. We are very transparent in our pricing and charges for misconduct are clearly detailed in our terms and conditions.
There are a couple of ways to book with Camper UK Hire: Call us up on 01522 697070 and ask for a member of our hire department. They will be able to let you know availability and give you an instant quote over the phone. Then, if you wish to book, a deposit can be made over the phone to confirm your booking. Come in to Camper UK and have a look around our fantastic premises. You can see the vehicles you could be hiring from us (providing the vehicles are not out on hire), and then confirm your booking by paying on our card machine. Tap the 'Make an Enquiry' button and a member of our hire department will be in touch. Email [email protected] and a member of our staff will forward you our banking details for you to transfer the money to.
In order to secure your booking, a £300 deposit is required. In cases where your total hire amount is less than £300, the total hire amount is payable.
At Camper UK we understand saving takes time, therefore the hire amount isn't due until the day you pick up the motorhome - you can't say fairer than that!
Yes, on the day of handover, there is a £1,200 damage deposit to be made. This can be paid on debit or credit card or in cash. This amount is fully refundable providing the vehicle is returned in the same condition is was given to you on the day of handover. Any damage to the vehicle will result in claiming the appropriate monies from the damage deposit and reimbursing the remaining amount of the damage deposit.
Our motorhomes are picked up from and returned to Camper UK, Deacon Road, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN2 4LB.
During busy periods, such as peak season, motorhome pick-ups are available on weekdays between 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm, and all vehicles must be returned before 11:00 am. This schedule ensures a smooth turnaround when motorhomes are collected and returned on the same day. If your motorhome is not needed for same-day use, we can often accommodate early pick-ups or later drop-offs. Please contact our hire department to discuss your requirements and check availability.
Yes, there are car parking spaces at our premises which you may leave your personal vehicle at your own risk.
Hiring a motorhome will certainly help you decide whether or not you like motorhoming. It can also help you to decide which motorhome layouts, sizes and configurations are right for you. Here at Camper UK, we understand that purchasing a motorhome is a big decision which can take time and plenty of research to ensure you get what is right for you. That’s why we offer a ‘Hire Before You Buy’ service. This means that if you hire a motorhome from Camper UK and subsequently decide to purchase a motorhome from Camper UK, we are willing to discount your motorhome by the price of your first week of hire.
If you passed your test after 1st January 1997, you have a standard UK license and are able to drive vehicles up to 3,500kg (3.5 tonnes) in weight.
