What does 6 berth mean?
The classic 6 berth floorplan places fixed bunks at the rear, a double above the cab or on a drop down bed, and a lounge or dinette that converts into the final berth. Bunks are a favourite with children because their beds stay made up all day, complete with their own windows and reading lights.
As with every berth count, sleeping places and belted travel seats are separate specifications, and six belts are essential if six people are travelling. Weight matters too: many 6 berths stay under 3,500kg for standard licences, while larger models need C1 entitlement. We will confirm both on any model.
