COVID-19 - Temporary Closure
During these uncertain times, Camper UK's thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a family-run business and take our responsibilities towards the health and wellbeing of our teams, our customers and our wider community very seriously.
Due to the unfolding situation, we must temporarily close our showrooms and retain a smaller technical support team in our vehicle workshops for essential work only, with the necessary distancing and sanitation measures in place.
Temporary Closure of Showroom
Whilst we are closing our showroom doors, we are still here if you need us: online at www.camperuk.co.uk ; via phone call on 01522 697070 or by email email@example.com . So whether you have an MOT or service booked with us, have placed an order and are awaiting delivery of a new vehicle, or if you have an enquiry on a vehicle in our stock, we will do whatever possible to support you and keep you informed every step of the way. Videos of vehicles are available upon request.
If you have an existing appointment, MOT or repair appointment
Our top priority is everyone's safety both on and off the road. With this in mind, we will be prioritising safety-related issues and technical faults; any routine appointments will be reviewed and re-appointed at a later date. Please expect a call from a member of our team.
In the meantime, our technical team are still available to take your calls and offer advice where appropriate.
NHS and Essential Workers - Thank you!
The work you are doing is incredible and we realise how challenging this must be for you all. We want you to know that, whatever your motorhoming needs are, we're here to help. Some of our staff members have family working in the NHS, we wish you well during this time.
If you have a vehicle on order and are awaiting delivery
Our sales teams are also working to deliver as many motorhomes as possible within the given government guidelines. If we are unable to deliver your vehicle during this initial period, we will do our best to keep you updated as the situation progresses.
If you are looking for a new vehicle
Our remote sales teams will be available to help you either by telephone, email or enquiries through the website as usual. If you've seen a vehicle you really like the look of, we can send you a video of the vehicle and you can reserve it over the telephone with our sales team for collection once we're able to re-open to the public.
In order that we successfully support our teams and our community, we respectfully ask that you please do not visit our showrooms or workshops without an agreed appointment. We appreciate your patience as we continue to navigate these uncharted waters.
