Just to let you know, we have been looking for our first motorhome for years and I know we probably came across as Tyre Kickers (my son who work at Audi told me that phrase). Anyway, I can tell you 100% Genuinely that both I and Catherine have agreed on one thing - we could have searched for another ten years and not found such a wonderful company and people to deal with than Camper UK and we will never look anywhere else for our next one because its one thing a Salesman telling you there company is great on the phone but now we know it is true because we have seen it for ourselves so for that thank you very much indeed and we will give you great reviews wherever we can. The place that's always impressed us the most is Camper UK in Lincoln. It always feels like a family run business that always, always tries to look after their customers and make them feel part of their 'family'. They have an excellent range of the more top-end new and used motorhomes (Cathago, Burstner and Swift) and are really worth a look at, if only to see how personal a sales place can be.

Hello Dean, 

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the service provided by Camper UK.

We bought our Burstner 55 from you 2 years & 3 months ago, and so my wife Lynn and I are now enjoying our third winter in Spain.

Unfortunately, last week our habitation door lock failed, on the inside. I tried to buy a replacement nearby, but was told delivery would be at least 20 days, and we are moving along the coast in 10 days, so it would arrive too late. 

I also learned that Burstner do not sell just the internal door lock and the complete panel and locking mechanism costs just over £300! As you can appreciate, this all left me feeling a little concerned.

These feelings were further piqued because, staying on a campsite in Spain we are happily surrounded by Brits, all keen to help and share their experiences! One such neighbour eagerly related his recent experience with the door lock on his Knaus.

As a consequence, I phoned Mick Johnston and asked if he could help. Mick was incredibly supportive from the first moment. He asked for photos of the part that needed replacement and then immediately found a spare and offered to send it out to us. It arrived 3 working days later by courier and is now fitted into our door.

This has both relieved the stress that I was feeling (it’s not much fun having to open the door with a screwdriver once the inner lock had been removed) and made me proud to be dealing with Camper UK!

For existing customers, your after-sales service staff are your best salesmen!

We Feel compelled to sing the praises of Camper uk, Lincoln. We stayed at their Camper UK site prior to taking it in and were impressed with the site and the helpfulness of the wardens there.
We Had a Thule cycle rack fitted to our 590 and a small warranty repair carried out on our waste valve and would just like to say we cannot fault their commitment and service!
I would just also like to single out Carl in the parts department for all his help!

Hi Joe,

Just wanted you to know what a fantastic time we hadin the motorhome we hired from yourselves recently.  As it was the second time we been toyourselves and used the same van we knew what to expect and we were definitelynot disappointed. The courtesy and help you give us is exceptional and we wouldlike to thank all who have been involved with us this year.

We went to your camper uk leisure site at the end ofour 10 day holiday and took our son Jack and his friend fishing on your wellstocked lake, John and his wife were really friendly, and the site was lovely,just what we needed to chill and relax at the end of a pretty busy week, it wasso nice that we stayed that night and returned on Sunday for another dayfishing and stayed that night as well. 

It is a proper little gem of a place, and one weshall visit again and again to fish and hopefully stay on. 

Once again we should like to thank all of you foryour generosity for helping us all get away from what is ordinarily verystressful, with looking after Jack and all that his illness entails, likehospital appointments and operations.

Hi Dean

It was good to see you yesterday when we were having minor works done on our new camper. Over the years we have been looked after very well with courtesy and professionalism and very much appreciate that this has not changed as the business has grown and other people have the opportunity to benefit as well.

Yesterday was great we were expected and dealt with straight away, Dan came and found us having a coffee after our 2 1/2 hour journey and patiently listened to our list of bits and pieces. We then settled down  to wait comfortably with more coffee on hand. We used some of the time to view the parts area and ended up buying 2 folding chairs after being allowed to try them in the van storage. Steve came and discussed the engine and my perceived lumpy engine performance. Then when Dan had finished Steve did his checks including a road test. Although no conclusions were reached both Steve and Dan took the time to go through all our concerns and we left feeling very happy with all that had been done.

We were particularly impressed with Dan’s solution to our water gauge problem and now have a piece of marked sticky tape on the tank which I will make permanent with a marker and use a torch to check levels. In this day and age of IT it is amazing that we have to resort to good old fashioned remedies as a solution!

Well done everyone at Camper UK you make it possible for us to enjoy our hobby and we will think of you on 12th September when we start our 4th trip to France this year in our new van now named “ Because”.

We were sorry we were not able to deal with you personally when we collected it but hope that you enjoyed your holiday. In spite of your not being available, we were superbly treated by Dan who gave us a truly professional service. Please convey our thanks to him and to the other members of your staff who helped us in such a friendly an knowledgeable manner.

You have an excellent team, who, in fact, gave us the best experience we have had in purchasing a new motorhome from any dealer we have dealt with. We shall have no hesitation in recommending Camper UK and its staff to any of our friends and motorhome acquaintances.

We are more than pleased with the motorhome and have just returned from a short trip which was successful and look forward to a longer trip to Scotland very soon.
