My wife and I would just like to pass on our thanks to Rachel and Neil who were both involved in providing excellent customer service during our first year habitation check. They both provided a high level of very natural, customer focused, service and made the whole experience a positive one. In the run up to our service we also had interaction with Stephanie who was also really helpful. It is apparent you have some excellent staff working in your service department and I would appreciate it if you would pass on my thanks. We will be visiting again soon and look forward to it.

Dear Alan,

We have been motorhomers for around 40 years during which time, we have had vehicles serviced and repaired by a wide range of dealerships, resulting often in trials and issues, complaints and shoddy after sales service.

Last week however, I brought our 2016 Carado T135, for its 4th annual service at Camper UK in Lincoln.  We have always been looked after by the team members, James, then Stephanie and this time Rachel.  However this year was a particularly harrowing event for me, because I am shielding from Covid-19 and have been in lockdown since the end of February, not going anywhere because my respiratory consultant informed me that I am very unlikely to survive an attack of the Coronavirus, due to serious underlying health conditions.

I am the sole driver of or motorhome and I left home in Whitby, not without a great deal of trepidation, at 5.00 am to travel to Lincoln.  I need not have been so worried, because true to her word when I arrived, Rachel was there to welcome me and ensure that I could remain distanced and safe, while the habitation service was carried out. She had very considerately allocated a space, so I could get on with some work on my computer and stay well distanced from people.  I had been told to expect it to take up to 5 hours to complete but at 12 noon Rachel called me on my mobile that the job was completed (including servicing and repairing the habitation door lock) and we concluded the transaction by phone.

Rachel and a colleague then escorted me, at distance, to my vehicle that had been brought to the front door, having first been sanitised, for my protection and I was able to return home at a reasonable hour.

Please thank Rachel and the service team for being so amazingly caring about my welfare while I was at Camper UK.  I look forward to seeing you next year in better circumstances.

I know people are often so quick to complain and slow to praise but I really wanted to take the time to tell you that my experience with your company has been outstanding.

I was lucky enough to be able to park at the Leisure Park throughout the Covid lockdown being a full time motorhomer.  I cannot praise John and Kelly enough - they are fantastic ambassadors of your business - their work ethic would be the envy of many businesses - I know I would have liked them to have been part of my team when I was working.  Everything with a smile and quite happy to go the extra mile - it's been a privilege to have spent time with them at this unusual time.

Also I had come to the conclusion that I could not face changing my motorhome - my experience with Lowdhams with my 2 previous motorhomes left me thinking just stick with it.  Again my buying experience was spot on, undemanding, and very responsive.  The interaction from all your staff at every contact has left me knowing that I have definitely made the right decision to buy from your company - as you probably know I didnt look anywhere else.

I trust that this is the beginning of a long motorhoming relationship - although I had been to several of your weekends which had been the beginning of - if ever I buy another motorhome it'll be from you.

Dear Sir

We would just like to pass on our huge thanks to you, and especially Tara, for all your help in getting our damaged skylight replaced last week.

The large skylight above the kitchen area on our Carado T447 was damaged in September so we contacted you to see if it could be replaced under warranty as the van was only 9months old. 

We were prepared to pay for any damage, if needed, but after much to-ing and fro-ing between Tara and Carado our new window was installed last Friday at Carado’s cost.

Tara’s tenacity was brilliant during all the negotiations with Carado and she kept us informed throughout, which was much appreciated.

We passed our thanks on to her when we collected the van last week but would like to let you know too.  This is just another example of the excellent service and communication we have experienced from Camper UK since our first meeting and why we keep recommending you to others.

I’ve been a customer of Camper UK for over 8 years and the during that time I’ve always been impressed by the staff at service reception. That was until last year when my experiences reminded me of those I had at a large motorhome dealer in Nottinghamshire before I discovered Camper UK.

I have just had my motorhome in for some work and I was delighted to find that the high quality of service reception staff has been restored. Throughout my dealings with both Rachel and Steph I have found them both to be very professional, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. They are great ambassadors for Camper UK and provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

Morning Stephanie,

I write to express my thanks to you and the rest of the staff that I came into contact with yesterday. I recently purchased a new Burstner and unfortunately the nearside mirror was not working, annoying as I live near Norwich but never mind.

A booking was made with service for Wednesday 4th December. On Monday the 2nd I asked to change the appointment if possible to Tuesday 3rd December, expecting to be “ fobbed off” as most places would. Stephanie changed the appointment cheerfully.

On arrival I was greeted on reception by a very helpful, polite young lady who showed me to the service area, where Stephanie and the other young lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) were extremely pleasant and helpful, ensuring the service would be covering the areas I had requested, including an extra Fiat recall I was unaware of.

The technician discussed the issues, then carried out the task explaining on completion what had been done.He again could not have been more pleasant or helpful.

Could you Stephanie pass on my thanks to the team please. I really cannot speak more highly of the service I received from you.

Everyone from the cleaners,  sales and reception staff, vehicle preparers and technicians were smartly dressed, courteous and helpful. As the customer contact Stephanie, you were excellent in ensuring Camper uk maintains a high standard of customer service.
